JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Associate Engineer (SMP opportunity with Saudi Aramco).

• SMP will be working with project management team, manage contractor day to day sites constructions activities, coordinate with Aramco proponents, ensure contractor site safety compliance, and ensure contractor work permit issuance by proponents.
• SMP will assist SA Engineer in reviewing project designs and drawings, ensuring contractor is executing in accordance with the project scope and specifications.

• Bachelor degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical).
• Experience required/Fresh graduate: 2 years.
• Skills Required: SMP shall have knowledge project management skills along with an engineering background. He also should be flexible to move and relocate to the project locations (kingdom-wide) when assigned.

• Preferred Certificates: project management such as PMP, RMP, or others from accredited institutions.

• Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI, with a strong background in data analysis, reporting, dashboard development, and data visualization.
• Manage and maintain databases, records, and training-related information to support the effective administration and delivery of training and development programs.
• Exhibit familiarity with Human Resources processes, Learning Management Systems (LMS), and enterprise systems.
• Prepare management reports and translate complex data into meaningful business insights.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science /management information systems/
• Experience required/Fresh graduate: 3 to 10 years.
• Skills Required: Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis, PivotTables, Power Query, and reporting.

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a qualified candidate for the position of Supply Chain Analyst (SMP opportunity with Saudi Aramco).

• Translate operational and project material requirements into actionable procurement plans.
• Support planners in aligning material availability with maintenance, turn-around, and PM schedules.
• Develop competitive bid lists, RFQs, and Bid Summary Sheets.
• Process Purchase Orders ensuring accurate specifications, pricing validation, routing compliance, and timely vendor communication.
• Organized, tracked, and maintained complete procurement files.
• Monitored procurement lead times, tracked vendor deliverables, and coordinated expediting activities to prevent supply delays.

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, MIS, Risk Management, Business Administration.
• Experience required/Fresh graduate: 2 years.
• Skills Required: RFQ & Bid Preparation, ERP & Advanced Excel Proficiency, Procurement Documentation & Compliance.

• Preferred Certificates: Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, PMP, CSCP, or equivalent procurement/supply chain certification.
